Frank Perez Oral History
Mr. Frank Perez is a historian, writer, editor, public speaker, teacher, activist, tour guide, Carnival krewe captain, wedding officiant, and Tarot card reader based in New Orleans. He is also the executive director of the LGBT+ Archives Project of Louisiana. He speaks about his experiences growing up as a gay man in Louisiana and his initiatives for preserving LGBTQ+ history in the state.
